RealFoodAlways Presents Lifehacks: The Konmari Method

I am forever in search of  a good lifehack. What is a lifehack you may ask? Well, I like to think of it as a change or addition to your lifestyle that creates a shift in your perspective or existence.  The shift
can be radical or tiny, but it is life altering in some way.

What's an example of a lifehack?

The Konmari method.  My life (as well as my husbands's) changed after reading the Life Changing Magic of Tidying Up.  If you're looking for a lasting way to organize or de-clutter, this book is a must read.  I don't care that it's based on some Japanese spiritual stuff, because it works.  I'm currently in the middle of Konmari-ing my apartment as well as my life.  The basic premise is to get rid of anything that doesn't bring joy to your life.  Bags and bags of clothes have left our closet, revealing a calming collection.  It's felt so clearing and the method has spooled out into my day to day life.  Lots of others have fallen for this lifestyle change as well.  It's not easy, takes practice, and the hoarder in me is having a difficult time parting with some things. But, the Konmari method is opening thine eyes to see my life that exists underneath all the stuff.
Check out these youtube videos to help you fold your way to the Konmari method.
